On the weekend of the 1st of December 2012, a tactical event was held near Enfield, North Carolina. This tactical took place in the Battle of the Hürtgen Forest. If memory serves, the Axis forces consisted of Heer (German Army) regiment 116, SS 1st and 2nd divisions, and 5.Kompanie, Fallschirmjäger Regiment 6. Allied forces consisted of a full squad of paratroopers from E Company, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, U.S. Army, and a small, mixed platoon of the following units: U.S. 1st Infantry Division; U.S. 307th Combat Engineer Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division; U.S. 3rd Infantry Division; U.S. Army Rangers; K Company, 120th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division, U.S. Army.
